    Don't appreciate BBT's 'sneaky' fees. Unknown, not explained fees, big ones $69, just show up. BBT does not explain why the fee is there on the statement. If you call BBT phone number, there is never a person there, they don't give options to check on random fees, they don't have phone numbers posted online for local branches. You have to drive to a branch, and they have to spend a lot of time on computer just to figure out their fees. Some fees, they can't explain, they just show up on your account and they expect you to pay it. BBT is unethical, sneaky, and they really don't care about your business. I closed two of five business accounts today, closed a worthless home equity line they set up for me. Moving my business to a more professional bank.

    Chris is knowledgeable in many areas pertaining to guns as well as people with guns. He's up-to-date on the local laws, is safety conscious, and smart to the inner workings and design of a wide variety of guns. I personally appreciated his advice and critique throughout the hands-on part of the class. I found it uncanny, in a good way, how he connected my firing behaviors (like grip and arm movement) with what was going through my mind. Thus, his guidance was always exactly what I needed to hear and do to better my shooting.
